Description: A child who was taking his bath along the BanGanga,in Mumbai.  According to local legend, it sprang forth when the Hindu god Ram, the exiled hero of the epic Ramayana, stopped at the spot five thousand years ago in search of his wife Sita.

It is difficult to get sharpness in such photos and the movement enhances the beauty. What makes this unique is the fact that you have tried to catch the act of bathing and doen so beautifully. I love the droplets of water on his baby skin and his expression of helplessness. thank you for sahring this simple beauty with us.

    The photo instance is excellent as well as quite natural and candid. Good work. However the pic seems to be taken using a mobile phone camera or some other low res camera with a wide angle and too many distractions in the background. The eye of the viewer quickly moves away from the main subject and looks at the people sitting on the steps, the steps itself, the cement lotus and the chap standing on the steps with his legs wide apart. Some composition to eliminate the background noise would have helped.

    @Ravi Upadhyaya– clickd dis usin Canon 400D..n ya da image was clickd on Low res,frankly speakin i dint expect dis image to reach dis level.Although da Idea behind da image is strong Acc2me..da image however,i feel,could have been much better.Tx fr ur comment though :)

    IT would be a real fun for the kid to have his own pool to splash… and clicking such a moment is an ecstasy… Lucky u were there at the correct moment for the correct capture…
